Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed state.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred shipping method within the portal to download a prepaid QR code or printable shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.
